It’s May 4th, 2016, otherwise known as Star Wars Day! It’s also a Wednesday, which means it’s hump day, so if you’ve reached the point of the week where you haven’t worked out yet, don’t feel like getting another workout in (*cough*cough*raises hand*), or have maybe dropped the ball in eating well, know that it’s not too late to change that!
After all, Wednesday is the mid-point. It’s where we push ourselves to continue with eating well and working out, AND it’s where we change how the week has been by getting back on track. So whether you need that extra nudge of the Force to keep going or to re-set the week, there’s no better day for that than Wednesday, especially when it falls on Star Wars Day.
If you need a little extrinsic motivation to use that Force, here’s Daisy Ridley using it to train. Notice that her trainer gives her pointers to correct her movements and her comment that she has to be distracted to get through her workouts. It’s not perfect, it’s not easy, but she gets through it!
So whether your light saber would be red or blue, may the Force be with you.
